This exhibition explores the concept of ‘speaking walls’. Walls speak with and without words, they uphold speculations of the environment that surrounds us. They speak the language of beauty and darkness, communicate messages wherever they are. They stand tall and short and speak aloud.

This diverse selection of 22 artists, features different explorations of some spaces which leave behind untold narratives and witness countless stories which have become source of expression.

‘the speaking walls’ has reexplored some glorious days of Pakistani Cinema and given a glance of some of the iconic days. This exhibition also rediscovers ceramic artworks which represent different eras, traditions, techniques, symbols of past and given an insight of some beautiful iconic patterns of our Islamic art.
